Responsibilities

> Under the leadership of the management team, you create, lead, and execute our student recruitment strategy

> Handle inbound and outbound phone conversations & email

> Responsible to manage the complete customer process : from lead generation to contract signature

Successful candidates will have

> Previous sales experience – mandatory skill

> Proven ability to work independently, under pressure, while crushing targets 

> Self motivated, empathetic

> Driven by KPI’s

> Previous experience in student recruitment – an asset

> Knowledge of Digital Marketing – an asset

> English, Hebrew and French requested
